Don't bother. Priced up a quote but didn't bother responding despite several chasers - all the reviews complaining about poor customer service are accurate. Neglectful of emails - didn't even bother to reply despite us accepting their quote and looking to continue. It's been a week. I'll find someone better. They obviously don't want the work. Not very professional

Very poor service, quick to price up and sell tiles to you. Used their own engineer to lay the floor, it wasn't flat. They returned to relay a section of the floor, not much better so we have given up. They never even called to see if we were happy. Very poor customer service you will have to do all the chasing.

Ordered trim through tiling store.com, no contact from company unless I chased, they finally sent the wrong colour and didn't bother to answer my emails, £50 down the drainRecieved a response from tilingstore.com and recieved a full refund and apology, after they returned to work, slow response due to covid 19, I wish them well for the future.

I contacted this business, assuming they were a reputable high street business. After visiting me for a site survey, my quote never arrived. Chasing the quote, they then lost my paperwork and had to arrange to re-attend for another quote.Taking the morning off work to meet them, again, after an hour they failed to turn up. Calling them to ask where they were, I was greeted by a defensive "I've only just got in." (10.30am on a Thursday morning). This meeting had been booked over a week ago. I mentioned that he could have called to notify me of cancellation/delay and was met with "forget it, let's just leave it if you have an attitude."I can confirm I was polite and did not have an attitude. Completely shocked and disappointed at how rude Craig was. I don't usually write reviews, but this companies approach was just shocking. No, I won't be using the Lymington Tile Centre.
