Unreliable. Closed at 7:25 pm on a Saturday night due to ‘staff shortages’. While probably a reasonable excuse for a small business, for a national (worldwide) chain with turnover close to £70 billion last year and 330,000 employees, it’s inexcusable! Clearly management of this store is very poor.

I walked far to come here on Saturday and it's supposed to close at 10pm and it was shut at 9:40 pisstake waste if my time
