Went for eye health check due to blurry vision and a flashing light in left eye with stabbing pain and headache so bad I vomited - it wasn't very sociable! Also, knew it wasn't migraine as I am used to those. All vision check was no change and again I say I recommend Ummaya (apologies if mispelt/wrong) as she didn't make me feel like I was part of a factory line of whinging customers, she asked lots of relevant questions and was patient and thorough and Listened (so many professionals don't!) and even double checked her conclusion with colleagues and I have now am being referred to Opthalmology Dept and if symptoms worsen it'll be off to camp out at the hospital eye A&E for me and a possible zapping with a Lazer. In the meantime, I have to put lubricating drops in 6 times a day to soothe the Saharan Desert of my eyeballs. Well done

Very impressed. First time using Specsavers Lymington and all the staff were friendly and efficient. I especially liked that the staff helped me pick the right glasses for my face shape, and made sure they sat right, rather than just letting me pick whatever. Never had anyone do that before and means the glasses will be comfortable all day.

I was on holiday and I broke my glasses. Sorted it out with one phone call. I dropped off the bits late one day (unfortunately the specs have to be set up by a trained technician, not the meet + greet person, and they weren't in at that time). I picked up the new frame with old lenses at opening time the next day. Couldn't really ask for more.
