First time at shorefields country park. The park is immaculate park. Staff are helpful and friendly. Had a few meals in the restaurant food was fantastic served quickly do not have to wait long. Love the robots that brought our meal. Loved Kitty never seen that on a holiday park before. It's is also lovely to see a pet friendly site as well.We have been to several holiday parks in Hampshire and Dorset but nothing beats this one. We are going to try one of your parks in Dorset in July 2024. But will definitely be coming back to Shorefields next September 2024. We have a friend who is going to another caravan park in the new forest next week. But we have recommended her to come and look around. Hopefully she will book a holiday at the same time as us next September. Would love to thank all the staff at Shorefields country park for all you excellent work and keep the good work going. You are highly recommended.

Entertainment great with fantastic singers. just a shame not many go to see it now peak season over! Our lodge was very clean and tidy. Will definitely be visiting again!

Mum and i have just returned from a lovely relaxing long weekend at Shorefield and have no complaints only high praise. On arrival our lodge was beautiful, clean, cool and homely complete with soft fresh fluffy towels. Check in was easy. Once unpacked we sat on the decking with a large glass of wine taking in the fresh air on such a hot day chatting with fellow dog walkers as they passed by. We ate lunch and dinner over the weekend at the complex, lovely fresh tasty food all reasonable priced served by charming staff ( Callum and Helen). We only saw the entertainment on Friday "Dancing Queens" who were both excellent in both singing and chatting to the audience. (we just missed the quiz!). The indoor pool was ideal for a cool off, and surprisingly not too busy, again the facilities were clean and the life guards friendly. There were lovely walks to exercise our dog around the park which were shady in the hot weather, and a great stroll to the beach . Walking around the park you can see how well maintained and clean it is everywhere. We had a great time and will be back next year if not before.

Spent 4 nights at Shorefield at the beginning of Sept. My partner and I and our 2 year old. Caravan (Supreme 2 bed) was genuinely immaculate on arrival. Adjacent parking. Great location to explore the area. Highlights - Tall Trees Trail at Blackwater Arboretum. Highcliffe beach. The Cliffe House restaurant/bar in Barton on Sea. On site - site shop was well stocked and staff friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool was clean and good opening times. Restaurant also had friendly staff, good food. Our 2 year old loved the robot waiter!

We stayed here first weekend of September. Seemed lovely when we first entered the park, park complex plenty to do, seemed recently done out and lovely restaurant and arcade. We stayed in amber wood with a lodge and hot tub. For what we paid for this lodge, we expected it to be a bit better. Lodges are all on top of each-other and not much privacy. The decking was just covered in leaves and bird poop. Had a really bad musty smell in the lodge, and the hot weather just made it worse. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere too. It was a nice stay, but probably won?t come back again. Not that far from peppa pig world if you?re looking for a long weekend away and a lovely seafront in Milford on sea.

Had a lovely 4 day break at shorefield. Perfect in everyway. A bonus was the lovely waitress Megan. Who was helpful kind and chatty. We also got to meet her mum who shared the same attributes!!. What a great pair you have working for you. Only one thing could make shorefield even better would be doggy daycare. As we had our dog with us. It meant going swimming separately and doing other stuff during the day one at a time, while the other one dog sat. Doggy daycare I think would take the overall dogs welcome aspect to a whole new level

We arrived before our accommodation was ready approx 3:30. The reception pointed us in the direction of the bar. We had a much welcomed drink after a long drive. Prices were on a par with other establishments. The staff were friendly. After about 45mins we received an SMS to let us know the room was ready. Be prepared for the lack of parking, This was our experience ....you will be lucky if you can park near your accommodation. The "owners" of the caravans stake their claim on the parking. With signs, traffic cones and hand made disabled parking signs. OK they may pay ground rent etc. But I paid to be there too. The Managers of the park may want to look into this it is surely not allowed. Once we had packed we used the key safe to gain entrance. Very efficient system. The decking was covered in leaves, acorns, bird poop and twigs as the caravan was sited under a tree. The patio furniture was covered too. The caravan inside was modern, clean and very well kitted out. A double room with on suite bathroom, a twin bedded room with a bathroom next door. We booked a Supreme caravan and it was what we expected. The site in this corner was lovely and quiet apart from the odd dog barking. Dogs are allowed on site. As we were under the trees we had a constant banging of acorns etc falling on the roof. It does sound like gunshots until you get used to it day and night. We did have a visit from housekeeping ithngthe first 2hrs of arrival. She apologised for the decking mess and did say it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The site is clean and tidy with 2 pools, the outdoor pool was a little like being in the med, we were fortunate with fantastic weather. The arcade onsite has the usual types of machines. Evening entertainment is what you would expect on the site. The advertising boards on the sides of the stage are really intrusive (probably what the owners want) when you are watching the acts. It really distracts from the performance that is on. The shop on site sells most things, you can order food to be delivered to your caravan, we didn't use this facility, but it seemed like a good idea. We didn't use the restaurant as we visited some lovely pubs in the area and Lin's fish and chips in New Milton was very nice. All in all this was a great base for us to visit lots of local attractions. I would stay again.

We decided to book a lodge at a site rather than try pot luck with a b and b or travel lodge etc . We thought this could a good base to stay and travel out from and just use the facilities as and when we wanted to. The lodge appeared to be brand new the internal facilities in the lodge were excellent and the place was Very clean . The site itself had a great bar , entertainment, two pools food , shop and arcades .we used some of them and everything was good, shop was a bit pricey but aren't they always. We found the lodges to be a little close together and parking was in short supply near your own van.

The park is very well-maintained and peaceful. There is a fair walk to the beach but it's a good base for exploring the New Forest if you don't mind driving. The play area near the outdoor pool is brilliant.

The club house is lovely now spent a lot of money on refurbishment. Food however terrible!! Unable to serve up the most simpliest meal such as chicken burgers, lots of meals being g sent back. Avoid at all costs!!
