I feel so sorry for the young man working today. The female manager (short grey hair) was so incredibly rude to her staff in front of customers. I had to say something to her to which the response was "that's just how I talk" I advised that she needs to watch how she talks to her staff, absolutely disgusting. Only to find out, from a customer who also heard me say something, that she is known for how rude she actually is to her staff. She needs training on her people skills. The chap has long hair and has always been so polite whenever I have been in there. Extremely disappointed - bullying behaviour from management and it just seems to be ignored. This needs addressing.
