Nice place but the orders were totally messed up. I have an allergy and was given cheese, my pal is vegetarian but was given meat in their calzone. Staff were super apologetic but we then had to wait AGES for our food to come. People around us were actually making jokes and feeling sorry for us. The staff knocked some off the bill but we were past hungry by the time the food came and it didn?t really help. Maybe (unlikely) will try again, but if so will be vigilant about what arrives.

Absolutely awful experience. We went as it was my birthday and had a voucher. We were the only people in the restaurant, therefore no atmosphere.and consequently the only member of staff was chatting to two friends at the bar and we were forgotten. I had to get up and ask for the water we had ordered and to tell we had finished our starter. The main course was wrong. I got a small luke warm bowl of pasta I cook better at home. We were so disappointed I got up and left. Complete waste of money and dissapointing birthday.

Thank you to Camilla and the team! We had a fantastic post wedding dinner at Prezzo. The manager is excellent. So well looked after with great food and service. Pre ordering made it quick and easy to enjoy our night together. Thank you ?

An absolutely amazing experience all around. Food was amazing, great atmosphere and delicious drinks, but the definite focal point was the service.
Thank you so so much to Camilla and Joe for accomodating us and squeezing us in for comedy night. We didn't mention this as we didn't want to come across as pushy or entitled but my partner and I were actually in Lymington for my birthday, and our original plans had to be cancelled due to the rain. My partner, bless him, spent hours trying to find a way to celebrate with me and found the comedy night at Prezzo. Long story short, an extra table was set up for us eventhough the show was sold out and we were a (very) last minute reservation. To top it all off, when we arrived they were both nothing but friendly and extremely kind.
Seriously, thank you guys for making my birthday so special. We had an amazing time and whenever we find ourselves in Lymington again, we'll definitely be back.

Clearly times are hard. Profit above service. Poor service from over-worked staff. Pizzas are fine, kitchen staff seem to know how to cook a pizza. Front of house don?t seem to understand how to run a restaurant.

I would really like to praise the staff at Prezzo Lymington. Two of my friends and I were there yesterday with our three four-year-olds. They were very over-excited and therefore noisy, we did create utter chaos! Every single member of staff was absolutely lovely. They gave them crayons and felt tips to colour with, pointed us in the direction of the garden so we could let them charge about in between courses! None of us were made to feel uncomfortable or that we were a nuisance because of our excited children! We did apologise but one young man replied that he also works in a kids club so he is used to this x30! We were so impressed and will definitely be back. Also - food was lovely! Thank you so much.

Me and my 2 friends throughly enjoyed lunch here today. The food was tasty and fresh (I highly recommend the Rigatoni Alla Rusticana and the sticky toffee pudding for desert ) The service by Robyn was excellent !! She makes this prezzo in lymington have a lovely atmosphere. Shes always so welcoming and kind and does a brilliant job. We will be coming back again :)
