It is a big shop but not the most beautiful one.To be the only Poundland in the area it is a bit sad inside but it has everything you need, even clothing. Good for a short stroll around.

Me and my friends werent even in the shop for 1 min and john the manager was rushing us to pay for our items when we were just browsing the isles and looking at things when he came up to uss and asked if we were lost and if we were looking for anything when we said no he said go and pay then please leave and this happend to me last week aswell

My store colleague made a purchase the other day and was given out of date change, this was pulled up on at the time, however, the cashier serving refused to swap this back; the pound coins given were removed from circulation in 2017 and should not have been handed out at change in the first place! The fact this store has either not spotted this or has chosen to give out expired cash to customers, then refused to rectify this issue, when customers are paying in the legal tender, is extremely concerning and frustrating.
