We had a very positive experience booking our holiday through New Forest Cottages. I emailed twice to ask questions and both times Dani got back to me very promptly with the info needed. The cottage was just as described and we had a wonderful stay in Beaulieu.

We booked a long stay at Salterns in Southern Road over the winter months. It was done directly through the owner, however NFC did the cleaning and we were hit with an additional cleaning surcharge of £90. The charge was levied onto the owner who passed it to us. The cleaner took videos to show dust on the skirting board, limescale build up on the shower screen and even a shot of a dirty ceiling vent. Very unfair so be warned . The house itself was very convenient for the High Street but was so cold and the heating seemed to be set on an economy setting as never really reached a temperature we set it to. Fine for summer lets but would not want to stay outside of the warmer months.

We recently stayed at No. 10 Admiralty Court in Lymington. A beautiful apartment overlooking the Quayside. The kitchen was amazing and we had a very comfortable bed. Had a lovely welcome pack of wine, coffee, biscuits etc. The view from the lounge of the yachts was great. The only criticism being the sofa in the lounge wasn't comfortable (very low back) and for some reason the hot water in the shower was a bit hit and miss - taps difficult to move. We had a little black mould under seal of the shower door too - otherwise a perfect stay.

Repeatedly contacted this New Forest Cottages to remove my home number from their website to no avail. This firm seem to care very little about the community or it's people.
Ultimately, anyone looking for correct information on this site is looking in the wrong place. All of their data is old and bears no resemblance to current data. Steer clear is my advice.

I needed to cancel my booking, and I have done with 2 and half months, prior to date. I asked them, and they replied, that I will be refunded of my £420, if that get re let, what was not the case, so I have been robbed of my money. During that time I had no contact or options were given.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, they are not trusted, really an unacceptable service.PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

Cancelled my holiday due to the corona virus. I asked if I could postpone until next year. This was apparently not an option and was told I would only get a refund if our property was re booked.Shane on you new forest cottages. Our last 4 holidays were booked through you.Will definitely be avoiding in the future.Disgusted is an understatement.

Cannot recommend New Forest Cottages enough. They helped find the perfect cottage for our family holiday. We had a wonderful time and even the weather was amazing!
