We had a problem with our ISA,s and flexdirect account. We were on holiday so popped into the Lymington branch. We spoke Richard who straight away understood the problem which was quite complex. He was cheerful, patient and explained everything in full. Thank you Richard for sorting things out and giving us peace of mind. 10/10.

The staff in Lymington Nationwide are so helpful and friendly, it is a pleasure to go in there and worth travelling a bit further

Fantastic Branch, the girls in there are really helpful and willing to help and go the extra mile, they stand out on the high street as caring about their cutomers unlike the banks !
