We had a problem with our ISA,s and flexdirect account. We were on holiday so popped into the Lymington branch. We spoke Richard who straight away understood the problem which was quite complex. He was cheerful, patient and explained everything in full. Thank you Richard for sorting things out and giving us peace of mind....
