Spoke to some rude member off staff working here that accused me of lying about something I had asked for and when I suggested perhaps he heard me wrong as the item handed over the counter wasn't the one I had asked for I had eyes rolled at me and a huff, completely unprofessional, won't be returning to an experience like I had with this rude member of staff - for want of a better word
Also the ketchup and mayonnaise is a rip off (probably because of having the chip shop next door)

First time of dropping off a parcel at Lymington store ,what a joke only ten past 4 and was told by Ryan he couldn?t take any more parcels as sack was full! What nonsense , so I had to travel to new Milton store along with another disgruntled customer behind me who had to do the same!really nice guy at new Milton store when I told him I had to make an unnecessary journey practically laughed and said Ryan could have just opened another sack! Obviously couldn?t be bothered to do his job properly!

There's on male worker who is amazing will always take yodel parcels and is very helpful but I'm leaving this review because there is a woman there that won't accept any small parcels and says that they're yodel basket is full when you can clearly see that it is only half full. I think this is absolutely disgusting not wanting to do your job properly and I hope that this changes soon cuz this is the second time I've been turned away and told the same thing by the same woman.

What a joke just visited the store at Foxpond to purchase some essentials and was met by the assistant who apparently can only sell newspapers from behind a locked door as he's on his own ?...? And is only working 3hrs and the shop is shut... back on that old chestnut of becoming so unreliable. I have mobility issues so it's cost me £7.20 return in a taxi to go to tescos as the buses only run every 2hrs. HARDLY A CONVENIENCE SHOP.
