Nice food but when I've been there have been a few gaps in the product availability. OK if you aren't looking for something specific. Lovely clean store but a bit cramped. Shopping in a, wheelchair would be tricky here

What genius blocked the already very tight car park with what looks like an VASTLY overrated number of charger bays ?
Now impossible to park at all. I assume it's a (small) new revenue stream these geniuses are banking on to compensate for lost customers.
Try Waitrose, they have room for their customers.

Bought a fresh Garlic baguette today. Fail to understand why the cooking instructions are for a frozen baguette? Barely enough garlic butter....poor and disappointing!!

I went into the store with my boyfriend to buy fish for a ceviche meal we were planning. I spent some time in the fish aisle looking between my phone reading a recipe & seeing what fish was available. Meanwhile I was aware that a lady who worked there was staring at us! After 5 mins of deliberation I realised there wasn?t the correct ingredients from the recipe I was looking at and put the item in my hand back in the shelf then headed for the exit to head to Waitrose instead! We were followed by the female employee and my boyfriend was asked to open his bag so she could look inside!!!! I had already exited and turned to see what was going on so I returned and was asked to see what was in my bag!!! She was acting as tho we had burgled the store and talking to us like we had done it! I told her I was feeling incredibly anxious and thought it was totally outrageous that we were be accused of theft! She continued to tell me with two other employees standing either side of her looking angrily at me that people have been stealing regularly from the store and that?s why she accused us of theft! I replied but you didn?t see us acting strange or attempting to steal anything so why the hell would you accuse us!I?m absolutely disgusted by this entire experience! Ive never stolen or been accused of theft ever in my entire life! We were both carrying bags worth thousands of pounds and clearly don?t need to be stealing some fish worth £5!!!!!! I?m in Lymington for a few days on holiday and it has really ruined my time here!My boyfriend is black there were plenty of other shoppers in the store who were white that did get asked if there were stealing. I think you can imagine how we feel!We won?t be returning to this store again after this treatment!
