Fantastic service from start to finish.I met Richard at his showroom and he was very patient while I looked through the different carpets.Once chosen, he came round the next day to measure up and I had the quote within two days.The carpet fitters were very polite and professional and the carpet looks and feels great! I will definitely be using again in the future!Hassle free, Professional service.

Great service on our doorstep. Lived here 16yrs and never knew we had a local gem.Advice, Sales process and fitting 'seemless' if you pardon the pun. Was surprised we could source a decent carpet at the price.Will be back.

Let me down very badly having carefully organised time off for them to fit a carpet - fitter couldn't do what was required. They failed to respond to calls and messages and didn't even have the common decency to apologize. Do not use this firm!
