Highly recommend working with John D Wood on both Sales and Lettings. Ross has been brilliant in keeping me updated with potential properties to view and arrange when convenient. He was always super helpful and went above and beyond in building and maintaining a relationship and providing knowledge, insight and advice throughout the process.
We also met Amanda during viewings who was also really helpful and knowledgeable.
Finally Eleni on the Lettings side was also brilliant, really personable and helpful. We saw two properties at short notice which both would have been right for us should circumstances not have changed.
Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend as they really focus on the customer experience which makes them stand out.

The team at John D Wood in Lymington, led by Adam Darbyshire, did nothing short of a superb job handling the sale of our house, Newlands Manor. From the outset it was never going to be an easy sale. However they handled it with professionalism and aplomb. In the final few months when the same questions plus new questions were coming from the purchasers solicitor they were constantly on top of it and kept themselves abreast of any new developments that were occurring.
A difficult price negotiation at the very end between us and the purchaser was deftly handled by Adam to a very positive conclusion for all parties, that we didn?t expect. Well done Adam!
We have been hugely impressed every step of the way by the sheer hard work of Adam and his team and the negotiation skills that have been necessary to bring this to completion. They have all been a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely use John D Wood again.

Adam, Ross and the team could not have been more helpful, kind and professional with the sale of my mother?s house in Lymington. Despite the sale being under sad circumstances, the team were extremely supportive, offering clear and helpful guidance at each step. For us, the continuous communication and updates were extremely important and differentiated the team from other agents we have experienced. Going forward I would only use John D Wood for any future sales, the team did everything to make this experience positive and stress free, especially when dealing with individuals who have more complex needs and always with respect and dignity for those involved. We would highly recommend, Kevin Allen and his Sales team at the Lymington office of John D Wood & Co, who managed the sale of our mother's property in 2022/23.They are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and attentive to their clients needs whilst supporting customers. They produced a strong brochure and pitch which focussed upon the strengths and benefits of the property, readily attending for viewings, which was important in our case as it was an estate sale being managed remotely, whilst also being sensitive regarding our recent loss.Over the period right up until completion they supported us and kept us continually updated, we were always able to talk to one of the team, as calls to the office are always answered quickly, giving a great customer experience.
