My waterproof membrane in my jacket started to flake off and disintegrate. when I called customer service they said there's nothing they could do. poor customer service and poor quality. would never waste my money again.

Much better than the isle of wight store!! I went to the cowes store just before christmas and the manageress smelt like a brewery and was really rude to the staff!

often pop into Henri Lloyd when i visit Lymington because i love there clothes and im always greeted with a welcoming smile and hello, its a lovely shop to visit.
