This review is for the lettings side of the business :Just rented my first property from Hayward Fox and so far I have been extremely impressed by them. Everything that was promised at the start of the tenancy was delivered. The flat was clean, tidy and exactly how you would hope and expect. I find them to be extremely professional and ( excuse the pun ) very accommodating. Very pleased.

We used Hayward Fox for both our sale and purchase, the whole Hayward Fox team were brilliant. Absolutely nothing was a problem or too much trouble. Lucy and Shoonah kept us updated with feedback from viewings, appointments were always on time if they were running late we were always informed. We absolutely would not hesitate using them again if we needed to in the future. Keep up the good work!

Definitely corrupt estate agent In Lymington. The person who did the viewing on the rental property named Simon, said I would be considered along with other people for the property and be put forward to the landlord. I viewed the property at 9am and was not informed all day, so I had to manually email the office at 4pm ish, another person Gill, as I only had her email address.She corresponded quickly and asked Simon to call me back, he did, just before the office closed and was told the property had been Let Agreed from Simon. I had checked via Right move much earlier in the day and noticed it had been Let Agreed, to my suspicion.So I find it highly disrespectful that I was not informed at all - even a simple email would have been suffice. I had travelled more than 2 hours to view.Obvious corruption & dealings within the letting agents and discrimination on my personal circumstances. I will be contacting head office to complain.AVOID THIS AGENT.

Our 'association' with Hayward Fox goes back nearly 28 years when (as Fox & Sons) they facilitated the sale of a property and the purchase of another (the one from which we have just moved). Indeed, the previous transactions were dealt with by Iain King, the same Iain King who oversaw our recent sale. The property was very well marketed and we quickly received numerous offers, including one from the eventual purchasers. Although the process was a little delayed as a result of our purchasers losing their buyer and some prevarication by the seller of our new property, the whole process was done and dusted inside 5 months and the move itself went like a dream on the day. Hayward Fox kept us regularly up to date and we often popped in to see Sallie and Iain to discuss progress. We were very happy indeed with the service we received and if we were to think of moving again (I seriously hope not!), then we would look nowhere else. A+++++
