When in with a nail in my tyre the guy was blunt and told me to wait until Wednesday they are to busy I explained I was driving home which was over two hours away, I went to the nearest garage and put some air in my tyre and drove 20 mins to Kwik fit in Christchurch where they repaired the tyre in under 20mins there customer service was outstanding.

Great service from Lee and the team at Lymington. Always friendly and professional.

Had to have a tyre replaced after getting a puncture. I have used Halfords a few times and it is always great service. But this time at short notice Lee was able to get my car looked at, find me a solution and have my car back to me the same day which was so helpful in a busy garage. The communication was good and the job well done in the time. Thank you.

Brought my BMW in for a brake check and fluid change and the service was outstanding. The team had everything done in just 1?2 hours which was impressively quick. Rich at reception was an absolute legend. Friendly, professional, and very informative throughout the process. I couldn?t be happier with the experience and will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

Had mixed experiences with Halfords Autocentres before, but due to time pressures and availability I decided to risk Lymington and I am so glad I did. The customer service was exemplary, no question left unanswered. Communication throughout the day was excellent and the car came back to me serviced as expected without any delays or issues. A list of recommendations but no pressure or artificial scaremongering to force an upsell. A great service and I will definitely be back.

Popped in thinking it was store to get some number plate adhesive pads. Although it's an mot centre and not a shop, luckily they had some behind the desk and the chap was kind enough to give me some free of charge and get me on my way again. Saved me a round trip to Christchurch or Southampton on my last day of the holiday. Super helpful and I am very grateful!

I always get my MOT here. Lee and Martin are always good to talk to, professional service and no drama. The MOT tester was thorough as usual . Totally recommended 10/10
