“Loads of parking, toilets well signposted. Wheelchairs are available for customer use, very useful as Otter is huge. Would be useful if location of chairs was more clearly advertised, as unless you use customer wc you would not be aware that they are available. Café is great, but could be more accessible for wheelchair users as space is tight. Overall, a great day out for anyone of a certain age,or who loves their garden.”
