Took my boys bike in to ask what parts I needed to fix the brake, and he noticed the brakes were the wrong way round (European set up). No parts were needed and he fixed both issues there and then. No charge. Fantastic helpful and friendly. I?ll be sure to use them for any parts I need.

Friendly service with speedy turnaround. Rang fairly late on a Friday afternoon after my brand new BMC Roadmachine 01 FIVE arrived only partially assembled, as I thought a professional should be responsible for disc brake setup etc rather than an amateur. The team managed to finish the job by Saturday afternoon for a reasonable fee. Thanks, Scott!Axum

Messed up building my new bike, but they were helpful and explanatory and saved me a lot of money on replacing brand new components I had harmed by just about managing to repair the existing crankshaft.Very good value and I will be back for a service ?
