Friendly service with speedy turnaround. Rang fairly late on a Friday afternoon after my brand new BMC Roadmachine 01 FIVE arrived only partially assembled, as I thought a professional should be responsible for disc brake setup etc rather than an amateur. The team managed to finish the job by Saturday afternoon for a reasonable fee. Thanks, Scott!Axum

Just collected my little Btwin road bike after a service, new tyres etc from Simon and the team and it?s a really great job they?ve done and for a reasonable price. Bike has also been cleaned which is a nice touch. They will certainly be looking after my family?s other bikes. Thanks guys.

Messed up building my new bike, but they were helpful and explanatory and saved me a lot of money on replacing brand new components I had harmed by just about managing to repair the existing crankshaft.Very good value and I will be back for a service ?
