We have just completed a house move, and have appreciated the total approach adopted by Fells Gulliver at Lymington. From the initial meeting till the completed move, we appreciated the personal attention and help given by any of the staff that we contacted. Nothing was too much trouble. and they actually aided the time scale and smooth running of the sale/purchase by having an on site Director to progress the process and overcome any snags that are bound to crop up when dealing with solicitors, sellers and purchasers. We can fully recommend the crew at Fells Gulliver in Lymington, to anyone needing the services of an Estate Agent.

Fells Gulliver Lymington provided an absolutely excellent service in selling a property I had inherited. The selling process was complicated for a variety of reasons but once a price had been agreed they constantly chased all parties in the chain to keep the process on track and always kept me informed. I would definitely recommend Fells Gulliver Lymington for anyone who is selling a property.

?Having had 3 valuations carried out, Paul was the only agent that listened to what I was looking to achieve and seemed knowledgeable about the unusual market we were experiencing at the time. ?In fact, one other estate agent failed to quote the right price in their written valuation that we discussed at the time and the 3rd agent didn't even send the valuation through or follow up! I had used Fells Gulliver, ten years ago, when buying my home and was impressed then with Kerry, so it was an easy decision to make.
