My elderly parents have visited this shop on a number of occasions for help with their EE phones etc. This shop have done nothing but try to sell them add ons or another phone, when they absolutely do not need them. Or they have distanced themselves from helping them with afters sales issues . Really disgusting. It appears once they have your money, customer service here does not exist! Avoid

I am absolutely appalled by the way my elderly mother was treated by this phone company and branch. Her mobile phone, which she relied on daily, suddenly stopped working, so she went into the local phone shop for help. She has been paying monthly insurance on the device and still had six months remaining on her current contract.
Instead of providing her with a replacement phone under the insurance she had already been paying for, the staff convinced her to sign a brand new 24-month contract. On top of that, they charged her an additional £145 for breaking the existing contract early, something she never intended to do and didn't fully understand.
She walked in expecting a solution under her existing plan and walked out tied into a two-year deal and out of pocket. This is not just poor customer service, it is predatory behavior. Taking advantage of an elderly person who was clearly confused and just looking for help is unacceptable.
This is, frankly, elder abuse. Any company that treats vulnerable customers this way should be ashamed of itself. We will be filing a formal complaint, and I urge others to be very cautious when dealing with this business, especially if you are supporting older relatives.

I'm not certain the value in having a physical EE store these days - went into the empty shop looking to renew a phone contract and after being told I should have really made an appointment, despite being the only customer in the store, they managed to squeeze me in. I then filled in a paper questionnaire while the sales person kept trying to lead me into a long and unwanted discussion about my home broadband. I was then offered a deal on a phone which was £20 a month above what EE themselves had offered me over the phone. To add insult to injury they didn't even have the base iphone in stock so it would have been posted to me anyway - took my business online and got a much better deal.

Such a joke. Was in the store for 2 hours with no-one being able to resolve why I had got a bill for £1500 for leaving my contract early when I had never requested this. Passed from pillar to post with no clarity from any of the team. Phone cut out half way through so back on hold for another 40 minutes. Would not recommend a business account with EE.

Always very helpful even with the most trivial of phone problems. Chloe has helped twice now and is knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

What a total waste of time. Went to ask about BT/EE broadband options they literally just read me the same information I could get from the BT website at the same prices.
If you're looking into broadband stay at home and look for yourself. Saves the cringe recital of the website and basically begging for you to sign up.

Went in to the Lymington shop late yesterday with my 91 year father who had recently changed his broadband/phone package with Chloe there. He had said he wished to retain his landline number of 60 years - that had been changed, and apparently is irreversible, he was left without any service for two weeks and when he went in to find out what was wrong was told to phone BT. His package was also subsequently changed and is now paying more than before. Yesterday we were told we had to phone BT as it wasn?t their fault. The manager did try to help by calling BT without success but Chloe just sat there looking like she just didn?t care less.After sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

I walked by the shop earlier today when it registered as -4 degrees and the door was wide open with the heating on!! How disgraceful! With the way things are with climate change it doesnt seem like EE are with the times! Every shop on the high street has their doors closed but they wont close it!?! Even the poor employees arent allpwed to clpse the doors because of head office!

Can't buy a phone plan, can't buy a phone, had an issue which they tried to solve but couldn't, not really sure who was in charge, I know who I think it was, shame the female 'sales' person didn't know she wasn't in charge, not much help, just kept saying same thing, absolute wasted journey to the store, left very unhappy, had they listened to what I had said the issue may have been resolved without having to do a completely wasted 30 mile round journey,The only thing they did do was phone customer services, but because they werent (young female) concise and hadn't listened to what had actually happened, didn't convert it properly and might as well have talked to them again myselfEEs website a waste of time and no one seems to know what each other shop staff and customer service are saying or even what their website says,Sort it out EE, your first bit of speel on your answer machine on your customer support line says We give excellent service!!!!!!!!!
