My elderly parents have visited this shop on a number of occasions for help with their EE phones etc. This shop have done nothing but try to sell them add ons or another phone, when they absolutely do not need them. I am absolutely appalled by the way my elderly mother was treated by this phone company and branch. Her mobile phone, which she relied on daily, suddenly stopped working, so she went into the local phone shop for help.
