Had a lovely experience in Costa today i was served by a young girl called Mia and honestly she was fabulous, both my coffee and toastie was very prompt I was very very happy with the service.
Only down side of my experience it seems like the older chap that works there I believe he is called james or jason was quite rude and abrupt with the other staff seems like he had a superiority complex the other staff seemed to ignore him like they were used to it

It took ages just to get 2 coffees. There is only one person making the drinks, so the queue was long. They need to have another machine so 2 people can make the drinks!

This place re-opened today after a week of renovations but Staff could be more friendly and polite. Barista bumped into me.

Went in at 3pm had coffee n cake. Sat down was lovely to start with but then a load of teenage kids come in with their scooters and bikes and just sat down didn't buy anything they were very loud and swearing.
Then I went to use the tolet but the staff had closed the tolets off I asked if I could use them was told no I've just cleaned them there are public 1s across the street . They still had 2 hours of trading left of the day . .

Stopped for tea, staff efficient, but I was annoyed to be told that Costa cards are being phased out. The girl said new tills will only accept the Costa phone app. Do I really want any more apps clogging up my phone? No, the card is fine. Think I will get coffee etc elsewhere if this is the case. People need a choice, not being told what to do. Not happy.

When busy being a popular location can be chaotic at times.Much more laid back when the crowds have left and pleasant, staff are always ready to assist with a mop and broom when accidents with spills occur.Kid-friendliness: Get good children who behave.Get bad noisy children who do not behave, they can be a deterrent and discourage clients.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample room for the handicapped clients mobility.
