Just collected my velvet jacket from Clockwork Yellow and they have done a brilliant job on my old favourite. I must admit to being slightly worried about having it cleaned but I didn?t need to be. Fantastic job and would definitely recommend.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Very disappointed. Clearly a busy and popular dry cleaners and on Tuesday I dropped off a blanket to be cleaned. Service was good and told to collect Friday after 12.Went in just now and not only was it not done (before I drive home tomorrow) but it had to be dug out from the bottom of a pile of dirty washing.I did receive an apology but was also told that I wouldn?t be charged which may have been an unfortunate turn of phrase but left me angry and holding a smelly unwashed blanket!

Went out of there way to help, after my friends Wedding dress had a mark on it. They went above and beyond, after we dropped it off at 3pm and picked up 10am on the wedding day! Would highly recommend.

I have not used this place, but then they had a fire, the owner did not care about the people who live upstairs of the property, and I am very disappointed with how he spoke to the two ladies. He did not tell them there was a fire and showed no sympathy and compassion to the people who live above the property.

I gave at least 8 items of clothing for dry cleaning and alterations. They were all very sentimental and were quite dirty and had multiple repairs to do. Clockwork Yellow and Lyn (alterations) did a brilliant job. The alterations are perfect and its all sparkling clean. 1st class quality and service that always keep you in loop.
