Very happy with my Texecom alarm and 2 CCTV cameras, all fitted on the day by a very helpful and patient engineer.Got 3 quotes from companies in the area and central southern were the most competitive.Overall very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

Astonishing lack of interest. Tom came out to assess work and give a quote. Fine - he was great. He sent a quote. It lacked any detail and omitted an option I Needed. He agreed to resend. It never happened despite my continued interest as I chased for an update. They would have had the job by now.

I was looking for a company to service our Axis CCTV system and also install a new Paxton access control system in our 4 storey head office. As luck would have it I was visiting a customers site, and this site was being maintained by CSS ltd who were onsite to maintain our customers CCTV.
I spoke to Dave from CSS Ltd, and he gave me the contact details of Daz in their head office who would be able to quote for the work.
I called CSS and asked to speak to Daz about a new installation of Paxton Access Control. I was put on hold for 3 seconds, then I was told that Daz was busy.
I asked if Daz could call me back, and offered my number.
I was told "No" as Daz often doesn't call people back.
I was then told to send in an email.
Really? I have to send an email trying to explain our entire building setup, our requirements of an access control system, maps, diagrams, and everything else?
I am sure a brief chat followed by a site survey would have been a better approach.
Anyway off to Chubb.
