I have stuck with getting my prescriptions at this branch for quite a few years - every month having to wait for the prescription to be filled once I arrive, even though I have reordered with two weeks notice! Today, was the final straw when the person behind the counter - out of sight - said loudly that they had made a mistake and not completed it - but then said something completely different to me when they came to see me. They used to blame staff shortages but there seems to be something systematically wrong here in the filling of presecriptions in a timely manner - as well as being closed at lunchtime and at the weekend. I have raised complaints a number of times, but there is little empathy or apology shown. So, finally, I am moving to collect my prescription elsewhere, which is less convenient but infinitely more reliable.

CLOSED 1-2PM WEEKDAYS!!!!
Persistently wrong hours shown on the Boot's website and also on Google, despite both Boot's customer services and Google being informed numerous times.
This Boot's closes 1-2PM every weekday, contrary to the information on its website.

Why close Wisteria Court branch on a Saturday morning when it's the only time working public can access their prescription?

Very busy shop with a long queue. Staff are always pleasant but they are very busy with prescriptions and shopping queries. No time to see patients or speak privately.

Very busy chemist .Never enough staff, so can wait for quite a while to be served.No communication if there is a problem with your prescription. Still waiting to hear if my tablets have come in ,10 days after I sent my prescription in . Not happy !

They are OK when they are open, but they close for lunch and are not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Their repeat prescription service is unreliable as they leave the repeats to the last minute so that it is easy to run out of vital medication if you are unable to pick up on the day.They are really just the dispensary for the Wisteria Surgery next door.

Website says pharmacy open from 8.30 until 6. Got here and shut for lunch. Sat in shop for an hour. Not great when you're feeling really rubbish ? need to update website

The staff do the best they can under very difficult and pressurised circumstances plus an ever increasing big demand on their services. The staff are courteous considering some of the bad manners they get at times. But overall the service has improved greatly from what it use to be.

Unfortunately my experience of customer service at this pharmacy has been very poor. Instead I took my prescription to Pennington Pharmacy where the staff are attentive, polite and helpful

Always been ok until now and just the 1 girl with no manners at all will be in contact with boots HR regarding this matter as I'm not the 1st person with this complaint

Really terrible prescription delivery service. The website crashed despite charging my card £5 and when I rang them nobody picked up. Think again Boots.
