Shockingly under trained and under staffed. Charging more for a coffee than nearly any other Starbucks I?ve been to, this branch is out of control . 15 mins waiting for a coffee with only 4 in front of me, this place is out of control. One of the staff overheard saying she?s going to cry that?s how bad it was, the other just clueless Sort it out management

I was extremely impressed by how clean and fresh the Starbucks was at this service station. All the staff are very attentive and friendly which is quite unusual when you have young Saturday staff. The toilets were clean with more than 1 loo which makes a fabulous change (also unusual when run by youngsters). We certainly will visit again rather than waiting until Ripley!

No washroom facilities and no prior notice of this on the door as you enter the premise. It only becomes apparent after you have ordered your food and drink and see the notice at the end of the service bar. When queried, a very rude and loud supposedly management person told us to try the gas station or go somewhere else. Luckily a more helpful member of staff explained better where we could find some. How this establishment is allowed to operate is anyone's guess. Even if you are desperate for refreshments or facilities, don't stop here, it's a miserable experience.

Heating oven broken .since the 20/12/2021 and staff advised they do not know when it will be repaired . 'Its almost Xmas so do not know when it wil be repaired' 21.12.21

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff not washing hands, seemingly no assigned roles which caused chaos and all of them moaning about how long their shift was.

23 Sept. Ridiculous wait for coffee. 20 mins. Even though busy that is way too long. No apologies for delay. Most time one person making drinks. V poor.

Tuna melt thing was mostly air - no substance to it at all.\\nCoffee was OK, but hardly inspiring...\\nServed its purpose (somewhere to be for 1/2 an hour while the car charged) but absolutely no more than that.
