Prices are very miss-leading. I'm often told the price I have is an "online only price" They often charge you the maximum for sending a parcel. I asked what other options there were and they said there are not any. Ended up charging me double what it should have been.Have also tried to purchased foreign currency from here, and again the rates are "online only" so you get a much worse rate than what is advertised unless you pre-purchased.Won't be using this store to send any parcels or purchase foreign currency. It's a shame because it is meant to be a convenience location, but they seem to just want to rip you off.

I can't quite believe the customer service at this village post office... Very rude and unhelpful staff, every time I have to make a trip I dread it. If you can go elsewhere I would highly recommend you do so.

Post Office Manager is extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help most of the time. My last encounter left me shocked by the lack of support and plain rudeness. I then went to different branch where the problem was immediately solved with no issue and smile.Will try to avoid this now. Shame as the rest of the team are so lovely and sweet and on the days she's not there totally different experience. Coop is loosing its customers quickly.

I've used this post office many times, be it selling stuff on eBay or returning packages. Unfortunately the staff aren't very friendly, nor happy to help.One time I had a very small parcel, maybe A5 size, possibly smaller but was slightly bulging so it wasn't quite flat. When I asked how many stamps I needed the man working put it up against their fake letterbox chart (it would clearly fit if you tried to push it through) but he said it wouldn't fit and charged me the price of a standard parcel...I've always been polite as I appreciate it's not the most stimulating job, but it is never reciprocated. Some sort of friendly manor would go a long way.

Terrible customer service. Sign left out saying back in 5mins but the guy was there doing the post. He didn't say anything to the 3 people waiting until someone asked 5mins later and he said he would be 10mins longer as he had to send out the post and receive it. Surely communicating that would be better than making people wait 5mins and then saying it's going to be another 10mins!

The woman that works here is the most abhorrent person I have ever come across. She seriously deserves the worst customer service award if there was one. She is rude and aggressive and I have never been spoken to with such a disgusting attitude. If parcels are 0.01g over, she refuses to accept them. She refuses to accept parcels to go that day as ?she?s already sealed the bag?, despite the fact that it?s prior to the last trading time of the day.I now drive 15 minutes to go to another post office because I refuse to even spend one second near this miserable woman. She seriously needs to take that giant stick out of her arse.

Very intimidating visit. Angrily being asked whats in my package which is completely private anyhow.. very miserable staff most of the time, very slow, chatting in the back with one on the till with a queue of 10 people. Why are they stood there chatting? Serve people that are clogging up the shop for goodness sake and stop being so angry and intimidating to me!

The worst customer service experience, miserable, unhelpful, ignorant, unprofessional, passive aggressive. Those two women seriously need customer service training. Ive used this post office several times and it?s like going to the dentist without painkillers. Please have training, you?re attitude is shocking.
