The most disappointing meal ever. The food was inedible and had to be binned which resulted in £140 wasted.The person taking the order was exemplary she could not have been more helpful. Took the order and repeated it to us over the phone. Yes the food was ready when we arrived to pick it up but sadly no labels which would have been useful. That of course if we had eaten it. on a good note in the past we have had no complaints so hopefully our experience was a one off.

First time ordering a takeaway from Happy Valley and the last. Service was pleasant enough and food was reasonably prompt. Unfortunately it was absolutely tasteless. Six dishes ordered and only the textures were different. I did not know Chinese could be so bland.

We don't have a Chinese often, but when we do we always use the Happy Valley. The food is always very good and the staff are friendly.

Called in for a takeaway, ordered beef curry, fried rice, portion of mushrooms and egg foo young £25. didnt mind paying that as we have eaten here before and it was nice. The food was greasy and tastless even the curry it all went in the bin. Will never go back there again.

Not great quality all in all. The chicken in black bean sauce was very watery and the chicken was rubbery and tasteless. It wasn?t terrible quality I just feel like I have had better for the prices they charge.

Waited an hour and half delivery for eggless egg fried stodgy bland rice, hard dry chips and mediocre ribs. Will not be back. Very disappointed. Not worth the money at all

Appalling! We were tempted by all the great reviews. - none of which came to fruition. We ordered 7 dishes, all were bland, insipid and has a revolting slimy consistency. After only a few bites the whole lots went into the bin!!! If I could leave zero stars I would! Avoid!!
