Out for a work do. Parking was easy, Staff were efficient. Good menu choice. My curry was very good. Happy to go there again

The Bun Penny occupies a prominent position on the road into Lee on the Solent and is only a short walk from the main street and the beach. Originally a farm house and then a coaching inn, this centuries old building has all the charm and character you would expect from a building of its age. The Bun Penny is now a classic English country pub which benefits from a large patio at the front and an extensive back garden ideal for soaking up the sun whilst in cooler months there are real fires and lots of cosy corners inside
We are particularly proud of our food which is freshly prepared and locally sourced. The menu changes to reflect seasonal availability and there is a Specials Board where we can offer rarer treats.
