Horrible experience. As a vegetarian I ordered the veggie breakfast. When bit into sub, I got a mouthful of bacon and sausage. Tried phoning restaurant 3 times and ignored each time.

My experience was traumatic I was with my friend on a lovely British day out and we decided to get some munchie at our local subway. First of all none of the staff understood me and gave me a 12 inch although I ordered a 6inch and ignored me and my friend when we tried to correct him. And then to make it even worse there card machine didn?t accept my friends card even though we just used it. We also didn?t get the choice of the salad bar. the staff were altogether rude, unhelpful and dumb. I will NEVER step foot in there again and after all our struggles I was left with a dry crusty sandwich which was not one bit enjoyable!

On the two separate occasions that I have bought from here, the customer service has been terrible. The store keeper is rude and difficult to understand. You would be better off walking a few extra meters and getting a meal deal from Tesco express, where you also get more for your money.I shan?t be going there a third time.

Non wheelchair accessible, tiny shop. Food prices have rocketed, will eat in comfort elsewhere for £9+ in the future.Wish i could have understood the server's accent or felt welcomed by her. Other customers were pleasant & helpful, so that was nice surprise.I could not access wifi or use SpinFor Rewards on my own network. So is this just a con?Disappointing experience.

Bad experience here, asked for a 6? sub meal 3 times she said ok.. got to paying and was surprised at the price so after paying I ask for receipt. Reluctantly gave it to me on the third time of asking and I checked to find out she put the items through separately not as a deal.. I looked at her straight away and she was already looking at me with a face that says she knows exactly what she did.Stingiest subway I?ve been too.

Ordered 2 footlongs ones burnt to a crisp !! Other full of salad and barley Any meat at all the guy serving me couldn't even speak English or understand it I genuinely had to shout at him after he attempted to put garlic oil on my sub rather then gherkins I asked for 4 times! Only stopping when I raised my voice then the assistant came over and said he's training 3 or 4 times ... like it was all my fault the memebr of staff couldnt understand me ! Hmm training on making a sub or the language? Sort it out subway won't be going back .

Server didn't speak great English, very light on the fillings and the bread was stale. Got to be the worst subway I've been to.

Subway vouchers not accepted! Charged £3.38 for a refill drink. Was served by an Asian guy and he did not want to put enough salad as requested. Each time had to ask to add more. Paid £17 for two sandwiches and had to ask for a fillings 4 times. Never come a cross such a stinge approach. I'll post this on google to let others know.
