Good stock of everything, good price but very poor manager skills for today 23.09.23 day time.Been to use their air to pin p my tires but despite money take from my account it did not work , but actually deflated my tire to a very dangerous low ,Questioned one of the till workers who had the lack of respect to question me as it is working and she is sure of it .Went off to check my sayings and called the useless manager who was more interested to go print a out of order sign than to deal with me .He got me so angry and annoyed that I have refused the money back hoping he will have a coffee and reflect about his communication skills and behaviour.Fair enough I lost a bit as well as his attitude and lack of care for his costumer disappointed me.So careful when you have an issue as you may as well have the displeasure to deal with himOther than that all good with this BP garage .

You never know if jet wash will be open. Usually one of two is not in service. You don?t know how long you will queue. Fix jet washes once and forever and it will be 5 stars. Very good if it works / you?re lucky to use it.16/6 nothing changed - photo

Used the jet wash here a few times. You can pay directly with Google pay. Each £2 gives you 2 mins so to wash a car with rinse, foam, foam brush, rinse then wax for £4 you have to work pretty hard. Much prefer that than an auto car wash which scratches up your car like no end... so thank you!

Your normal BP which does petrol etc.. There are also electrical charging points and a jet wash. Shop has a good selection of products and staff are always friendly. Compared to other garages in the area the price of fuel can be a bit cheaper.

Staff are friendly enough and fuel prices reasonable. A good selection of hot/cold snacks to take away.

I was in need of diesel as being a carer, I need to keep fuel in my car, there was a queue to get on to the forecourt, but was very well controlled by a lovely cheery lady.Once In the queue it took about 20 mins to get on the forecourt, then prob another 20 mins to get to the pump for fuel & was directed which lane to get in.Every one queued up waited patiently and took turns.Very well organised and hadn't increased their prices unlike some local garages.

Was very disappointed to find at 7.00pm on two separate occasions I have not been able to buy a refill for a calor gas bottle, in the first instance there was nobody available who could sell me one as there was one person working in the shop. On the second occasion the managerment had taken the key home with them, according to the shop assistant they leave the key there in the summer, don?t people use gas during the winter!!! Very annoying and have found a better stockist locally who are more than happy to help.

trying to work out when I had to pay to use the airline which in most petrol stations is free, if you are going to charge install a card reader because many including me don't use cash anymore

I am a key worker with adults with learning disabilities. Yesterday whilst out driving one of my ladies I popped into this garage to get a couple of treats for her. It came to £1.79. She only has cash as doesn't have cards or a bank account. The cashier was so rude because I was paying cash pointing to a sign saying to pay by card. I explained I only had cash, reluctantly she took the money and gave me 20p change (not the 21p I was owed). I asked for my full amount of change, she said I dont have it, you should be paying by card. I terminated the purchase, got the £2 back (which she slammed down on the counter) and left. 1. She needs urgent training in customer service. 2. not everyone has access to a bank card. 3. Shocking treatment of those less fortunate than most.
