Just had a terrible Hollywood wax here and will never go back. The staff were nice, the place was nice, and she did quite a good job on my facial waxing, but I've never had such a terrible Hollywood wax before and I've had quite a few! My skin is absolutely raw and quite swollen in places; she left clumps of unremoved hair with blobs of wax in - they were so painful to remove, I had to just cut them out using a scissors. The hair removal suddenly stops about an inch before I expected it to and there's still a lot of it left on the inner lips. I'm really disappointed and although I'm sure their other treatments will be fine, if it's Hollywood you're after, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
