Good quality plants and well stocked, friendlyand helpful staff. Caffè ok but very very slow, sadly only one girl working hard but with an unorganised system, poor thing.

Cafe is well worth a visit. Dog friendly and in a lovely location. We have visited for lunch and coffee on a number of occasions. Good selection of food and reasonably priced. If you are there for lunch I can thoroughly recommend their Club Sandwich.Need to try out breakfast one day as we are told it is very good

The staff were entertaining interactive and helpful! The food was divine and generous. Would 1000% recommend. Not to mention the garden centre itself with the wonderful Christmas takeover they have in there at the moment, felt like I was in a german market ??

This is the first time I have visited this garden centre and I was pleasant surprised. Not many plants are available due to the time of year. But they have a lovely outdoor area. I took my dog with me, and this was one of the best places to take your dog. Plenty of water was available, and bowls were so clean. We sat at a dog friendly table in the cafe, and each table was set up with a dog bowl.They were setting up their Christmas Displays, and they were fantastic .The staff were excellent, and my dog couldn't have had any more cuddles.Highly recommend that you take time to visit this wonderful place.

5* star Santa grotto experience. I can?t comment on the garden centre aspect, however, I highly recommend their Santa experience. We were due to visit earlier in the week, but due to my son being poorly, moved our visit to today. Chloe was understanding, and quickly found us a new slot. The experience itself is very well thought out. Children are taken through 1-1 and spend a few minutes playing games whilst waiting, using magic to grow a Xmas tree, all helped by friendly and engaging staff. I highly recommend and hope you will do the same next year. Best in the area and good value for money.

Breakfast with Santa. Fantastic experience, the grandchildren loved it. Interactive experience and a lovely choice of gifts. The breakfast was delicious too!

Good range of Hyacinths in pots as Christmas presents for female members of our family. Bought a dozen pots to keep in the cool and dark until mid December for presents.

Four of us went here today for lunch. Arrived at midday. Disappointed that they had already run out of several items on menu including fish n chips, burger and even jacket potatoes. Which was unbelievable. Although thankfully we managed to settled on something else but not sure how later customers managed. Think someone hadn't done a food order!

We visited earlier having never visited before. The cafè staff were lovely and friendly. The food was hot and extremely nice, Welsh rarebit with side salad and chips. Very tasty and icely presented. The lattes werea good size and nice tasting cafè. We will definitely return. The ambience and layout friendly and pleasant plus seating available outside also. A very good experience in a nice Garden Centre, thankyou.

Cafeteria took over 40 minutes to produce an order of one cold sandwich. On a half empty Sunday. Service appeared well-intentioned but very unhurried. Cannot recommend.
