“Absolutely outstanding service!! I’ve used HSS for the last 2 MOTs on our battered second car for convenience and astoundingly it passed both times so I booked it in when the MOT was due again last week. Unfortunately it failed but I arranged for them to fix it a couple of days later which they did. Husband went to work in it on Tuesday and it started banging and lights came on, phoned Neil and someone went out to sort it out whilst it was in a works car park in Nursling. Husband drove it home, no noises but warning lights came on, no speedo, power steering and brakes not effective. Drove it down to HSS this morning, Neil most apologetic, and said they would sort it out. Which they did. Picked up the keys (was driving the other car) Neil said it was all sorted, again apologised for the inconvenience of us having to take it back in and not being right first time and told me when it needs servicing he’ll do it with no charge due to the problems we’ve had. That offer was way over and above expectations!! And when we picked up the car it drives better than it has in ages!! When we first had the car we had problems with it and were without it for weeks whilst Imperial and Hendy argued over who was going to pay to sort it, then when we had the clutch/gearbox replaced (again elsewhere) the engine wasn’t bolted back in properly causing it to drop down and again it took ages to sort out because we hadn’t got an appointment and they didn’t have time! Just goes to show how Neil values his customers and wants to do the best he can for them whilst the big boys don’t give a toss!! Thank you Neil, you are an absolute gentleman and have totally made my day!!!”
