“So myself and my wife decided to go to Southampton for the day as we live in Basingstoke and Southampton has a variety of choice, My wife was looking at pushchairs for our baby due in June , Paul the duty manager was absolutely amazing today showing us a particular model we are interested in , He was so informative, helpful and was engaging in a conversation from the moment we arrived to store , after a poor experience of going into mamas and papas where we wasn’t acknowledged at all by any members of staff it felt like a breath of fresh air , my wife has a particular taste in products and she was impressed so much by the Paul and the staff at the hedge end branch it will make our choices and decisions a lot easier , although we have a branch 5 minutes from our house I think because of the level of service today we will be going back to hedge end just for the pure fact we had that level of service : I myself a retail manager pride myself of great customer service and level of service provided so it was nice to see this! I was so impressed I even spent 50 pounds in store although I was only meant to be doing my home work! We will be coming back again real soon!!”
