Good for an expensive coffee

What a terrible experience. I pre-ordered my latte through the app well in advance, trying to save time as I was in a rush. Yet, I still had to wait 20 minutes, and my latte was nowhere to be seen.
When I finally approached a staff member to check on my order, they asked for my name, then pointed toward a counter near the entrance?not even the designated pickup area?telling me to see if it was mine.
When I picked up the coffee, it was nothing like what I had ordered. The cold foam I had paid extra for was completely missing. This was incredibly disappointing.

Does NOT accept cash. Unfortunately it's not posted anywhere until you place your order and go to pay then you get told. Ridiculous.

Boring, no sense of welcome, order not taken properly. The staff member did not welcome or engage. Staff were too preoccupied with online / delivery app orders. Drink just dumped on counter. Milk tasted burnt.

Make sure you allow enough time to visit. 25 minutes for two take away drinks to be made should just about do it.

Absolutely ripped off with Too Good To Go bag 1 measly wrap and 2 yoghurts. Disgusting ,won't order again. Have put in a complaint .

Food is expensive for what you get. Especially cake pops designed for children. The staff are always lovely. Sometimes the tables are sticky and could do with a better clean, same as the chairs and seating.
Kid-friendliness: Lack of highchairs available. So, it's not suitable for mums who like to get coffee with friends.

I very rarely bother to leave bad reviews, but this was honestly the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Very very slow service, despite it not being very busy and SIX members of staff, most of whom were occupied with activities other than serving customers. While I was waiting, two other orders came through with errors and customer complaints. I won't be returning to this branch.
