Don?t go there ! We had a bathroom fitted before Covid and it was a very nice job. We went back recently to have a shower cubicle installed after some alterations in our on suite shower room. The firm has changed hands and customer service has gone out of the window. We have been waiting for months to get some pipe work sorted but despite promises nobody has materialised. We have now given up and gone elsewhere to have it fixed but we would never go back to H.T.S. For any further work.

Given a lucrative piece of business to refurbish our kitchen but a dreadful experience overall. Took nearly 4 months to complete due to problems with wall and floor tiling and wall units. Dreadful organisation and communication before work even started, during the work and trying to get the problems sorted. Laid back and poor customer focus and have to keep chasing to get things done. I would not recommend.

We went to this company based on their glowing reviews, sadly are experience was not to the standard we were expecting. We were prepared to spend a decent amount on our Bathroom and we were advised they?d be able to help us with all the elements. It took so long for them to get back to us from our initial email enquiry after our visit that we started buying stuff elsewhere. We bought several items from them but there were several mistakes made during the process. We sent back the item at our own expense by post and were assured we would get a refund. Now more than 2 months later and with huge amounts of chasing we have yet to received our refund for the bath waste amounting to over £250. They don?t respond to emails and clearly have no intention of refunding us our money. They never apologised for ordering the wrong item and actually said we should have checked the product code that was on the quotation. Despite the written element of the quotation saying it was the right product. Quite shocking. We will continue to pursue the money that they have basically stolen from us. I like supporting small businesses as I own a small business but when they fail to be honest then they too should be called out. Very disappointing experience all round.

First class service from Gavin and Amanda. Really can't recommend them enough. Brilliant communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Unlike their "competitors" there was no pressure for a sale and time was taken to discuss the various options to ensure we got the bathrooms designed around our needs and the tight timescales we were working to. Gavin especially couldn't have been more helpful if he had tried.

I now have a stunning bathroom thanks to HTS. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They knew what I wanted before I did!! . Great team all round. Nothing was too much trouble. After care service second to none. So pleased I had them design my kitchen. Would recommend to everyone.

They supplied and fitted our new bathroom. They did an excellent job fitting everything we needed into a small space and were really great when we had any queries. The fitters were also really clean and tidy when carrying out the job. Would recommend!

Horrific company. Installed a shower costing nearly £2000 and left the bathroom with an ill fitting screen, chipped tiles and worst of all, a leak in the roof that came through the ceiling and left us needing to dry out the roof and redecorate. Follow up service was horrendous. Do not use this company!!!!
