Went to get q coffee at 5:40 and was told no as machine has already been cleaned. You close at 6 so should serve until then ?

This used to be a great Greggs but since they've joined Just Eat etc it's awful. Service is ridiculously slow and never anything cooked, shelves are empty.

I?ve just visited the Greggs in Hedge End village. I took my dog who?s cautious around people so we waited for the store to be clear, but when it was, my dog wouldn?t go in. So the lovely lady served me at the door. This, to me, is a level of customer service is so hard to come by. The lady even tried to say hello to Molly, the dog, although she wasn?t having any of it ?. Thank you
