“We had issues with a carpet through no fault of Carpetright who took my worry seriously, contacted the manufacturer and then arranged for the carpets to be lifted and new ones laid. Sadly a different issue with that carpet - a manufacturing flaw - again no fault of carpetright who then pulled out all the stops, made sure a new carpet was on the delivery lorry and fitted it over the next 2 days. Their service was second to none and I cannot praise them enough for the way they dealt with my issues. Well done carpetright!”
