Delivery never showed up. Don?t rely on this branch to deliver. Spoke to a girl on the phone - took her everything to recall it was dominos she worked for. My food is on its way - no refund. Now been waiting a day?..

Another luke warm pizza and room temperature chicken. I phoned up and was offered a £10 store credit which I accepted. In hindsight, I should have demanded a full refund. Every time it's busy, the food is clearly sat on the shelves for too long, or delivery drivers are doing multiple drops to save time and the food is getting colder sat in the car or bike box. Not acceptable really.

Never experienced worse customer service. Wrong food, no desire to put it right, complete shambles. There's a better option 400ft down the road.

Parking: Ample free parking with a time limit of two hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking at the rear of the premises, with a cut way next to Lloyds bank giving quick and easy access to this store.

Ordered a Texas bbq base pizza, took out one slice and with my disgust, below the cheese layer there was a long brown hair, seeing the other reviews I can see this is a common issue clearly staff don?t wear any hair nets?. Another issue I?ve quite commonly had from this establishment was the pizzas being cut as if they were being cut by a one year old with a butter knife.

Ordered Pizza for me and my wife to be delivered at specific time as my wife was still at work. Driver delivered pizza 20 min before my booked time. I said I don?t want this pizza as it will be cold. Driver said he has nothing to do with orders, so I have to contact store. Manager very rude and ignorant! That he doesn?t have any delivery time in his system even I had in on my confirmation email. So I did complaint to Dominos, which apologised for their employee and eating cold pizza, I received money back for pizza and I got voucher for another order. When I went to different store as I am not coming back to this one, they said it is nothing to do with them, so can?t claim the voucher. Unfortunately this wasn?t first problem I had with this store. There is always something.

my god i ordered a Texas barbecue thin crust pizza large with garlic bread it come to over £40 it was delivered to hedge end club i will never order again from them the crust was so thin i could not pick the pizza up it was like paper 0 out of 10
