Another luke warm pizza and room temperature chicken. I phoned up and was offered a £10 store credit which I accepted. In hindsight, I should have demanded a full refund. Although some confusion with our order the guys pulled out all the stops to put it right the manager was very good as were the whole team down at hedge end big ups
