Jamie sold me two sofas today, all the staff were very helpful, not pushy at all but add sure they all asked if I needed anything and struck conversations. They were happy to leave me to have a look around myself and was approached at the right time by Jamie, as I had found the sofa I wanted. We went through options and pricing, I was happy with what he had to offer so it was an easy sale as I was looking to buy today for sure.

bought a full sofa set along with a coffee table and side tables ? a large package that cost nearly £4,000 on finance. The sofa set was delivered, and I started making payments. I paid for four months, but the tables never arrived. In the end, I had to cancel the table order. At first, the cost of the tables was removed from my monthly payments, but then they added it back again. It was a complete mess. They have now corrected it again, but I would not recommend DFS to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

I recently visited the DFS Furniture store in Hedge End, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and even offered tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch.
A huge shoutout to Harry, who assisted us throughout our visit. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand what we were looking for. He guided us through different options, helping us find the perfect furniture to suit our needs. What stood out the most was his willingness to explore various payment options with us, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Thanks to Harry?s excellent customer service, we left the store feeling confident and happy with our purchase. If you?re looking for quality furniture and outstanding service, I highly recommend DFS Hedge End?especially with Harry?s assistance!

Very happy with service from Harry in sales at Southampton DFS. Went in to purchase a corner sofa we had previously seen and spoken to about with someone at Waterlooville. Straight away Harry asked us if we had single or double doors as corner sofas won?t go through a single door. We weren?t told this previously !!!! As upset as we were that we couldn?t get the sofa we had set eyes on for ages, we had another look round and found another. Harry was very informative and helped us find and purchase another sofa. Thank you Harry.

Used DFS as a returning customer and this is the shocking workmanship I received and refusal to return or refund I'm now stuck with this shocking footstool staff are rude and unhelpful won't be back ever again.

we ordered a sofa from DFS hedge end , they changed the deliery date, so the wife took the day off for the new date for the delivery, the sofa turned up for delivery, but it was 2 differant halfs one blue and one moka, the moka was correct the blue not correct, as it was incorrect the delivery team said we could put the two sides together and you would at least have a sofa for xmas,but that would not have worked as they were both the same side ,not that we would have accepted it,
a second delivery was made to correct the fault, but on the second delvery the same thing happend, the only difference was the box with the blue side in had selotape around the box as they taped the box up to return from the first delivery, still had the lable indicating it was a blue side.
then we were contacted by the delivery team to say they could deliver it on another day, no thanks we are both at work as we are not going to take another day off for a cockup.
canceled the sofa, via the so called help desk who were rude to the wife and said you need to contact the store.
went into the store, could not get the money back until we speak to a business manager, recived calls from the business manager who left voice mail as at work and not contacable.
trid phoeing back but just got the help desk.
still awaiting to get the money back

2 year old £200 dining chairs already worn out, faux leather is awful quality. Complained to DFS, they wouldn?t do anything about it. Buyer beware.

Great knowledgeable salesman (Shaun). Showed us a few examples of exactly what we were looking for. Looked at a few other shops than returned an hour later to place the order. Looking forward to delivery.

Delivery was good. But after only 12 months.
The springs came off. Over the last 12 months, it has been repaired 5 times. They have replaced the cushion once replaced the springs twice. Repositioned the spring mounting brackets. Strapped up the springs. But it keeps falling apart.
I think it's not built right or to a poor standard.

Just purchased a new sofa, in store was extremely helpful and polite.
Only had to wait 4 weeks and delivered in time at a time that suited me.
The delivery guys were so nice, chatty and set up my sofa highly recommend.

After emails and calls to see if I could change my sofa to a upright back, which i was willing to pay to have it changed instead of a scatter back, which is awful and uncomfortable, the worse thing I have ever sat on on, you may as well sit on a park bench. I was told at first yes of course this can be done , then to be told you don't make it anymore, I have just seen one apart from the studs on the arms exactly like the one I have on your website, Very dissatisfied with your service and will definitely not waste my money on your products ever again. Or recommend you company to anyone.

I am beyond angry with DFS Southampton Hedge End Retail Park. I ordered a sofa and specifically asked if it would fit through the main door. The staff assured me it would, as they would deliver it in parts. However, when the delivery team arrived, they refused to bring it into our lounge. To make matters worse, they kept 20% of the charge even though the sale didn't happen. This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable service.
The manager was incredibly rude and sarcastic, making the entire experience even more infuriating. I will never recommend dealing with these people. If I could give DFS a negative rating, I would. This is how they scam customers?by blatantly lying. Don't trust them, and save yourself the frustration. Avoid DFS at all costs.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the DFS store, and I must say, it was extraordinary experience from the start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by warm and friendly Mira who is one of staff member who make me feel instantly comfortable also she takes her time to help me find right sofa . I was very happy everything was sorted smoothly and in professional manner . I cannot recommend The DFS store highly enough . The exceptional staff and remarkable experience. Thank you all
