This is not a big Costa it is small and comfortable a nice place for tea toast and marmalade in.

Costa - as good as ever but we're now getting very close to a coffee (large latte with vanilla or caramel) being 5 quid which might be prohibitively expensive for me. Quite busy and crowded but that demonstrates the Hedge End store's popularity rather than any poor service. Just about got a table to sit at today.

I was in this Costa after the school run and sadly 2 children come in ( age about 14/15 ) wanting to use the toilet without buying anything- the manager I think her name was Teresa handed it very well as the children become very rude about using the toilet and wanting to sit without buying anything.it?s children like that that has caused many place do a pin for the toilet and leave the toilet a mess for customers ? I will be back to this Costa as I have always loved the services so keep it up ladies in Costa maybe try a different time due to the school teenagers.

hello.my friend is a victim of abuse at this costa and let me tell you why.she has a condition called IBS aka irritable bowel syndrome and she really needed a poo.An old woman by the name of terese or teresa rudely stormed up to the both of us and told us we needed to get something before she goes for a poo.I kindly said that she has ibs and that she cant control it and she needed to go now but the old lady said ?dont test me?? i look at my friend in shock and horror and sadly she went to go get some water and had her poo.After she had her poo my friend came back and terese appeared out of the shadows and she rudely said ?they cant give water to you? i was shocked.Horrified even anyways moral of the story dont come here if u have ibs unless u wanna poo yourself.

The staff are great?, the food is great?, the service is Great?, the location is great. ?But the small flies are back again. ? and you spend the visit shooing them away from drinks and food. Please get the drains done again they all went away afterwards.

Stood in the queue for ages yet there was only one person in front of me who had two black americanos. Guy doing coffee seemed more preoccupied with chatting to his colleagues (I think he was annoyed with one of them). Manager quite rightly said 'Let's discuss this later' but it took him forever to make my drinks. He also moaned to the previous customer about how he hadn't had a break, very unprofessional. Every table had cups and trays from other people on it and nothing got cleared.
