We had issues with a carpet through no fault of Carpetright who took my worry seriously, contacted the manufacturer and then arranged for the carpets to be lifted and new ones laid. Sadly a different issue with that carpet - a manufacturing flaw - again no fault of carpetright who then pulled out all the stops, made sure a new carpet was on the delivery lorry and fitted it over the next 2 days. Their service was second to none and I cannot praise them enough for the way they dealt with my issues. Well done carpetright!

I bought my carpet elsewhere after I was told that Carpetright won't come out and measure up without me ordering and paying in full first?? Never encountered this anywhere else and certainly won't be going back.

Jasmine at the Hedge End store was so helpful. She was knowledgeable and friendly and very patient while we were choosing our carpets.After finding out one was due to be discontinued, she showed us very similar ones and helped us through the process again.Would 100% recommend visiting here.Many thanks

The fitters called in advance to let us know when they would arrive. They arrived at about the time agreed and began fitting immediately. There was a problem with our order which Carpetright had measured and completed for us, but the fitters figured the challenge quickly and made arrangements to correct at no extra cost to us. They were extremely friendly and worked hard to make sure our carpet was fitted perfectly. We were impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and skill.

Great carpet at decent price. Due to illness one of the fitters was off work so Jamie from the store came out and assisted George the fitter after hours and saved the day. Very much appreciate the excellent service from Jamie and George. Would shop here again 100%.
