After searching for a good looking and comfortable sofa for a long time we found one in Bradbeers Hedge End.
We tried the one in the showroom and it ticked all the boxes for us.
Waited for a while and it was delivered on 4th July.
Unfortunately the sofa is so uncomfortable and you can?t sit on it longer than 20 minutes.
We did go back to the shop and saw the manager and he promised us to fix the problem.
They sent a guy to inspect the sofa and he did not find any manufacturing issues.
We did not complain about manufacturing issues we complained about the comfort of the sofa compared to the one in the show room.
It looks as they made a good one for the show room and the rest are made hard and uncomfortable.
Not sure what to do now as they don?t want to do anything about this problem.

Expensive, recliner sofa was delivered with dirty marks at one end. So far, Hedge End have ignored my complaint. I paid for an expensive insurance policy but apparently, that does not cover marks made before delivery.

Over the past year, we have bought three mattresses, five sofas, and a coffee table. and the customer service and experience has been second to none. We are always welcomes with a friendly smile in store, and I really like the fact that there is a continuity in store with the same team having been there for years, each of them very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. No pushy sales team, and they give you time to make your own decision and prices are competitive. We look forward to buying more items of furniture this year.

Really good customer service. Good understanding of meeting our needs. Had been considering a sofa bed for a spare room but settled on a 4? double ottoman which is so much more comfortable and can be used with cushions to make a nice day bed/guest bed with proper support. Excellent storage too.

Brilliant service from Bradbeers from start to finish! Denise has been greatly helpful while we were deciding on the mattress and the delivery guys (sorry I did not ask your names) did a fantastic job today!
Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture!

This wasn't our first visit to the store, in search of a new sofa. Sue D had been friendly, and taken the time to show us a similar range to the one we were looking at, highlighting the differences between them. This time, we placed an order, and again Sue was very helpful, hopefully the rest of the purchase will go as smoothly as this.
