“I was fortunate enough to have a makeup lesson with Melinda recently.She provided plenty of information beforehand, listened to my reasons for booking the session and drew out my expectations of what I ultimately wanted to achieve.We went right through from cleansing to a final smack of lipstick, logging every step, colours/products and techniques.Even though I've worn makeup for many decades, much of my routine was just muscle memory and, although I wasn't totally off the mark, it was great to be shown the best ways to approach it, especially as I'm aging and my features/complexion change.We used a mixture of my products and hers but there was no obligation to buy, just good sound advice.I came away with a 4in1 cleanser, from which my skin is already benefitting, and some eye lash curlers, which are amazing!It's given me the confidence to experiment with what I've learned and I'm enjoying being able to make the best of my features.I really enjoyed the session, it was both fun and informative and Melinda was very knowledgeable and lovely to work with.I'd definitely work with Melinda again in the future and highly recommend her to others.(I've added a before & after)”
