What an amazing place. The food was prepared beautifully and tasted wonderful. Service was at the right balance, very good but not overpowering for such a highly regarded hotel.

Marle's menu is determined by the availability of produce from our estate, and from our partners at Fern Verrow farm. Our dishes evolve as we work with nature and respond to the changing seasons.
