The staff is fine but the food it's terrible .
I have stopped there few times, every time I had their pastries something wasn't right. I wouldn't eat from there anymore.

The worst customer service ever. The food was cold from the hot counter and I could not get my money back when I immediately felt the temperature and alerted the staff. It?s ridiculous to pay for a product that is not up to standards. In that case why not keep it all in fridge? Then you know its cold from the start.

There's not much to elaborate on. The coffee was fine, and the sausage roll was warm. I was expecting it to be hot.

I purchased a couple of pastries, including a sausage roll and a cheese and onion bake, and to my surprise, they were both stone cold. I understand that there can be fluctuations in temperature, but this was more than just a slight drop?these pastries were downright cold and unappetizing.
It?s really disappointing when you?re expecting a warm, tasty treat, only to be met with something that seems like it?s been sitting out for far too long. It?s not the standard of quality I associate with Greggs, and I?m sure many customers feel the same way. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I believe that ensuring your pastries are served warm and fresh is crucial to maintaining the high standards your brand is known for.

Sunday 11th Aug 2024. 8.30am.
Popped in for bacon rolls and hot drinks, guy behind counter was polite and in a cheerful mood( he'd been there since 5am). Service was great. Rolls were great, drinks made well. Great price too.

I hate Greggs and what they have done to local bakeries, but their vegan sausage rolls are premium.
Vegetarian options: The sausage roll is vegan. That is all.

Went on a Sunday at 4:30 when they claim to shut at 5:00 to find that the doors were locked, the shutters down on the food sections and the staff were just chatting behind the till. Why lock the doors when you still have a full half an hour left!
