Please don?t buy a kitchen from Wickes. Poor quality kitchen that they will not take responsibility for even though under warranty, ongoing contact for 3 months and have not got anywhere, takes 1 hour to answer phone, no one taking ownership, am going to end up at the ombudsman.

Writing this review I?m not trying to change anyone else?s opinion just sharing mine and my wife?s own exsprience . Brought a kitchen in 2019 , still under warranty . Wel so the contract sais anyway . What me and my wife worked so hard for and saved so long is blistering warping all over . Every time I go into the store I get told it?s nothing to do with them it?s there manufacture we need to contact . But the manufacturer won?t ingage with us and just keep ignoring us or fobbing us off . We have only ever used a damp cloth on it then dried straight after . I think it has everything to do with Wickes ino they like to distance them self but they have made money out off me so they have blood on there hands .the manufacturer won?t engage so if it was me I?d onhour it Wickes end then chase it up with the manufacturer and say you owe us now or we ain?t selling your product . But that would just be mbe onhouring my word and having a conscience 6 or seven times we have had to send photos in now via email . Not digging anyone out personally but the . Only one who sticks out for me as someone who cares and a solid performer is Crystal , she goes above and beyond and called my wife up after I went in then left the store which she dint have to do . Me and my wife will just have to try and save the money somehow to replace the defected kitchen peices and hope the rest dosent bobble etc etc . Just so my kids don?t have to use a kitchen that?s spoiling . Not saying our dream kitchen wasent lovely when it first went in but now it?s 2bob at best and with no warranty being onhoured just , evasiveness dishes out and stress .Kind regardsGraham baldock 252 hayling avenue p036efThankyou for contacting me Scott , me and my wife won?t be contacting any one anymore trying to sort it , three months off it is enough . You have my address 252 hayling avenue po36ef . You no what kitchen it is . If your are sorry and this isent a pr stunt . Or you want the constant exsposure this will bring to your store then I?ll see you at my house soon then mate .Think that?s about all for now ScottBest wishes Graham baldock .Sorry Scott one more thing I dint buy the kitchen from your manufacture I brought the kitchen from you ! Wicks ! Just looked on Facebook reviews . Wish I had done before I got stitched up at wicks Havant , all those poor people on there . I couldent live with my self personally if I was the ceo but as long as he can sleep alright at night and him and his family have a nice Christmas then I spose that?s all that matters . Any anyone else shouldent bother trying to email wife telling her to contact you , you?ve given us the run around for three months . If you do the Right thing all this can disappear or if you just want exsposure then you have chosen it . Mr Horstead who posted below . Please don?t let the photos my wife put up off our kitchen falling apart that?s under warranty but wicks won?t do any things about put you off buying at wicks sir you may be ok .

From the start of my order at Wickes Havant to the finnish of the project everything went to plan. Special thanks to Adam, Tina and the delivery team. Well done good old fashion service.

Aisles are well signposted. Staff are friendly. Parking is easy despite being next to Aldi. Prices are OK especially with a trade card 10% discount. I bought timber which is well stocked.

I've found the Team at Havant have been incredibly helpful when dealing with returns. When I had ordered the wrong items (twice), Alan & his team would be chasing down customer service by phone & email helping to deal with this. They could have just said it's an online order, you'll need to call the web team, but they wen't out of their way & I'm very grateful.I hope someone from upper management see's this & they get the praise they deserve

Visited the store a few months ago looking for a back to the wall close coupled toilet. I waited around to speak to a staff member in the showroom area. Vicky reluctantly stopped her conversation with another staff member to answer my enquiry regarding a display item. I asked if she could tell me the price her reply was. "If you look in the brochure you'll find it there! Needless to say I purchased my toilet at Plumblink just down the road. Today returned to the store asking about quartz worktop. Spoke to Vicky, she looked on her computer and the started telling us worktop started at £95.00 I said yes that's for composite I want quartz. "Oh sorry". she replied then proceeded to tell me the price of wooden worktop... I gave up and left. I can't understand why this person is still working at the store because she doesn't seem to have a clue what she's doing.

The Wickes website is shockingly BAD.Saying items are there in stock only for you to find out that they aren't when you get to store. But thank god that they have decent staff that help out with a bit of a discount for your troubles.

Don't be in a rush at the tills. I was and ended up out of the three items charged twice for one of them.

I visited this store earlier today to experience how trade customer are recieved and dealt with.Currently I use B&Q Tradepoint to supply Kitchens, Bathrooms and Tiles. We use trade suppliers for large bulk deliveries (TP, Buikdbase and Jewson) but like the convenience of local DIY stores for ad-hoc items and to show clients display kitchens and bathrooms we can supply and fit.The store was clean and tidy and appeared to have shelves well stocked for both trade and DIY customers. Sadly the carpark also serves B&M and Aldi so parking (even in the van/trailer bays) can be problematic.I was served by Grace and it is because of our interaction that I cannot give a higher rating on this review. Grace, a corpulent young, blonde lady appeared to be more interested in talking with a redhead colleague than answer my questions. I felt the gym leggings with multi-coloured detail lack the perceived professionalism of the Tradepoint full corporate uniform and work wear (or other Travis Perkins Group business who wear corporate uniform) .When I presented at the checkout, I was very dirty, scruffily dressed and I personally felt that Grace had judged me for this. The brief interaction was borderline aggressive and demeaning in places. No sooner had she barked a response to a question she turned away to talk with colleagues.I believe the Travis Perkins group have annual appraisals of staff and I feel there is definitely a training need for Grace following this episode. I feel she would benefit from learning that when in a customer facing role, regardless of who you are (or think you are) talking with, you are the face of the whole organisation.Grace should also be made aware that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover! This book currently spends in excess of £9k a month with Tradepoint and £8k with other TP group businesses (Travis Perkins, Toolstation, City Plumbing, Tile Giant) .I feel I shall close my Trade Pro account now if this is the culture of the Wickes retail brand and continue as I have been doing. .

Good size Wickes with the usual mix of DIY, trade and kitchens and bathrooms. Tidy fairly well stocked store with plenty of parking. Very quiet when I visited but helpful staff and a good place to browse kitchen and bathroom ideas. Worth dropping in.Hope you find this helpful ???

I always find it pertinent to try to look online for what you require with wickes as they don't have everything you might need in comparison to b&q let's say. I popped in to try and find a particular size skirting board. I tried to find it on my own without success. The placement of the item didn't seem logical but maybe it was a temporary home? I was unable to find anyone to help me. Whilst I couldn't see the item I wanted to check if they ever had it. Online it said they did but it may have been an online item only. I tried to find someone without success so I ended up leaving to try and find what I needed in another shop. As I was leaving I then saw 5 staff members congregated by the door talking. They may have got a sale if they were present on the shop floor and ready to help people.

Checked online, said it was in stock, phoned the store "if it says it's in stock then it's in stock". Went to the store, couldn't find it, or anyone to help me. Eventually found someone, he pointed me to someone else, they pointed me to someone else. They couldn't be bothered, it was evident. Guy went out the back, returned after 5 mins, said "we don't have it" and walked off. Wasn't wearing a mask and just walking round swigging his drink and generally not giving a f
